It is the objective of ‘Caring Hands’ to provide care to all clients to a standard of excellence which embraces fundamental principles of good care practice.

 

It is the objective of the agency that clients will be treated with respect and sensitivity to their individual needs and abilities. Staff will be responsive to the individual needs of clients and provide the appropriate level of care to assure the highest possible quality of life in their own home.

To meet these clients’ needs the agency is designed to achieve the following objectives:-

To deliver a service of highest quality will improve and sustain the client’s quality of life.

To ensure that the care service delivered is flexible, attentively and in a non discriminatory fashion while respecting each client’s right to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfillment and the right to make informed choices and to take risks.

‘CARING HANDS’

 

‘Caring Hands’ aims to provide all clients with high quality, personalised, relaxed care in the client’s own home.

Our carers will strive to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all their clients within the client’s home environment.

 Carers will be sensitive to the ever changing needs of the clients whether it be medical / therapeutic (for physical and mental welfare) cultural, psychological, social and emotional.

 Clients are encouraged to participate in the development of their individual plan of care in which involvement of family and other significant people may be appropriate and is greatly valued.

 This will be developed with the following core values of care which are fundamental to the philosophy of our agency:-
